Many religions such as Buddhism, Jainism and some strands of Hinduism do not believe in God. Religions such as Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism believe in Supreme God and follow rituals, scriptures, and worshipping patterns to approach God.

Quest of God

Quest of God is related to spiritual meaning of purpose of life. It is an individual journey in search of some divine power which regulates life and this entire universe. The "quest of God," or the exploration of divine existence and understanding, has roots that stretch back to prehistoric times, with evidence of religious practices and beliefs dating back to the middle Palaeolithic era, in various forms, from the earliest depictions of deities to philosophical inquiries and religious texts.

Philosophical exploration of God's nature and existence has been a recurring theme in various cultures and throughout history, including in ancient Greek philosophy. Major world religions, such as Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism, each offer unique perspectives on God and the divine, with their respective histories tracing the quest for understanding and connection with the supernatural.
