One Common Post-Transplant Mistake That Can Ruin Hair Transplant Results

One critical mistake made after the procedure can compromise even the most technically perfect transplant—neglecting proper post-transplant aftercare, particularly during the first two weeks following surgery.

In the immediate postoperative phase, newly implanted hair grafts are extremely delicate. For approximately 7 to 14 days, these follicles have not yet anchored themselves securely into the scalp. During this period, any form of pressure, friction, or trauma can permanently dislodge the grafts.
