Indeed, maintaining an equilibrium between work, family, and personal time is not easy. However, the situation can be changed by introducing mindful practices into everyday life. Here are eight strategies to make life easier for you this upcoming year.
1. START YOUR DAY WITH POSITIVE INTENTION
Every morning consider spending some time just for you. It will help your body and mind be prepared for what is ahead. This can be achieved through meditation, stretching, or writing it down in a journal. Mentally navigating the world after a grounded start is easier.
2. SET BOUNDARIES AT WORK
Every working individual understands one truth: employers demand more than is physically reasonable. Communicate your work times and any other responsibilities that you have. Saying 'no' right away might not help so be smarter about what tasks you choose to accept.
3. PLAN FAMILY TIME
