Meditation: A Journey to Inner Freedom
The Daily Guardian
|June 09, 2025
For thousands of years, spiritual seekers across cultures have pursued one ultimate goal: liberation.
Known as moksha in Hinduism, nirvana in Buddhism, salvation in Christianity, and fana in Sufism, liberation refers to freedom from suffering, ignorance, and the cycle of birth and death. Meditation is the bridge that takes the practitioner from bondage to freedom—not by adding anything, but by stripping away what is false.
