It's all about reviving spirit of justice and righteousness, says Kartikeya Sharma

At a grand celebration held to commemorate Parshuram Jayanti, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini called upon the youth to embrace the teachings, philosophy and ideology of Lord Parshuram, emphasising that these timeless values are essential for shaping a Viksit Bharat and a progressive Haryana.

The event, which witnessed the enthusiastic participation of thousands from all 36 communities, was marked by inspiring speeches from Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Rajya Sabha MP Kartikeya Sharma, former Union Minister Vinod Sharma, Haryana Cabinet Minister Arvind Sharma, and Rajya Sabha MP Rekha Sharma.

CM Saini called upon the youth to awaken the spirit of Lord Parshuram within themselves to contribute to a strong and spiritually rich India. "Parshuram Ji was the flag-bearer of the battle against adharma. His ideals of truth, integrity, and righteousness must inspire our journey toward a developed nation," Saini said.

He drew parallels between Parshuram's fight against injustice and modern initiatives like Digital India, Startup India, and Make inIndia, urging citizens to pledge to make India a "Vishwaguru" again. Saini announced significant measures, including naming a new medical college in Kaithal after Lord Parshuram and declaring Parshuram Jayanti a gazetted holiday in Haryana.
