Iran's Khamenei Declares 'Victory' Over Israel and US

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei broke his silence on Wednesday with a defiant televised address, claiming victory over both Israel and the United States in the wake of a recently brokered ceasefire that ended the 12-day Israel-Iran war.
Appearing visibly fatigued in his first public message since June 19, Khamenei spoke from an undisclosed location on Iranian state television, delivering a fiery statement in which he portrayed Iran as triumphant and resilient.
