A MARKET ON THE RISE
In 2015, the Indian mithai market was valued at Rs 40,000 crore. By 2021, this figure had climbed to Rs 58,900 crore. And expected, the market is projected to soar to Rs 84,300 crore by the end of 2025. This growth underscores the shifting dynamics of consumer tastes, increased spending power, and the modernization of an age-old industry.
