Rajya Sabha MP Kartikeya Sharma's questions in Parliament on Monday drew detailed responses from two key ministries, underscoring how deep-tech solutions such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), drones, and Internet of Things (IoT) are reshaping India's approach to water conservation and mineral exploration.
In reply to Sharma, Minister of State for Jal Shakti Raj Bhushan Choudhary said the government is backing states in digitising water management through IoT-based monitoring, GIS mapping, and AI-enabled forecasting.
