ARVINDER LOVELY PREDICTS RETURN OF CONGRESS' GLORIOUS DAYS IN DELHI

Delhi Congress president Arvinder Singh Lovely said on Wednesday that they are working to fix the "communication gap" between the workers and leaders here, and the "old days" of the party in the national capital will return soon.
