Sparks Set To Fly At Emirates

The pressure is mounting in the major leagues after the Christmas holidays and managers are being fired left, right and centre as many clubs bid to improve their current standings. There's loads of exciting soccer ahead in the next few days for TAB soccer customers and plenty of chances to win big with TAB cash add-ins to five pools and a Soccer Any 13 Xtra carryover at the weekend.

Sparks Set To Fly At Emirates

English Premier League action for five of the next six days adds loads of spice to TAB soccer bets with a North London derby taking centre stage tonight, when both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur will be desperate for maximum points out of their clash at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners will be looking to cut into Liverpool's lead at the top of the standings and keep up their own title hopes.

Last Sunday's unexpected home elimination from the FA Cup at the first hurdle in their clash with Manchester United has strengthened the feeling that Arsenal could be in for another season without a trophy. And certainly where the league title is concerned, if Arsenal do not begin a sequence of wins now, they will have no hope of overhauling Liverpool.

Spurs have other problems, principally consistency and a long injury list. They have taken only one point from the last 12 on offer and remain in the bottom half of the EPL standings, mathematically closer to the relegation zone than the top seven despite a praiseworthy tally of 42 goals.
