Romance fizzling and not sizzling?

After holding out hope for a romantic Valentine's Day, the disappointing reality over what their partner didn't do prompts many people to ask themselves, "Is this relationship enough for me?" And with the answer often comes an urge to talk their partner into couples counselling, hoping for the ultimate fix.

Not so fast, say relationship experts Stacey and Paul Martino, who warn that all-too often, couples counselling does more harm than good.

"We have a completely contradictory approach to couples work, yet our results are unmatched," Stacey Martino said.
