BALLET AT STER-KINEKOR: ‘GISELLE’ AND 'LE PARC’ BOTH FILMED ON STAGE IN FRANCE

Two exciting ballet productions, filmed live on the Paris Opera Ballet stage, will be screened at select Ster-Kinekor and Cinema Nouveau theatres during February and March.

Meet the vengeful spirits in Giselle, with choreography by Jean Coralli and Jules Perrot, adapted by Patrice Bart and Eugène Polyakov, screening on 28 February, 1 and 3 March.

The second ballet follows romantic intrigues within the garden of Versailles, with choreographer Angelin Preljocaj's Le Parc on 21, 22 and 24 March, for three screenings each.

“With these productions showing on our cinema screens, local audiences get the opportunity to experience two beautiful ballets in a theatre-like setting, as an extension of the live production's audience.
