Scalvini 'a dream buy' for Nickson

NEWCASTLE United would be landing one of Steve Nickson's dream signings if they sign Giorgio Scalvini this summer.

The 6ft 4in centre-back is a favourite of Newcastle's head of recruitment after countless trips to watch him in the last couple of years. Even when Scalvani suffered a bad shoulder injury last season, Nickson continued to check up on the 21-year-old.
