Food is the focus as M&S reopens after major revamp

HIGH Street favourite Marks & Spencer is poised to open the doors to a brand new Newcastle shop after months of planning.

At the start of the year it emerged that the retail giant was to make huge changes to its Kingston Park store, downsizing after trading across two floors for 13 years at the busy shopping destination.

M&S has traded from Kingston Park for many years, initially from a Simply Food store before ploughing a multi-million-pound investment into expansion, creating jobs as it introduced its full offer including clothing, footwear, beauty and a cafe on the first floor.
