PLANS for holiday lodges in Marley Hill, Gateshead, are set to receive final approval for construction next week.
Gateshead Council’s planning and development committee will convene next week to likely give the final approval to the erection of 37 self-catering holiday lodges on the grounds of Beamish Park Hotel on Beamish Burn Road.
Permission had been granted in principle in 2020, including the demolition of a former driving range, but now details including the design and layout of the scheme need council scrutiny.
