Dark arts backfire on a bad day for Glasner!

United sealed back-to-back Premier League wins for just the second time this season with a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace at St James' Park.Second half goals from Bruno Guimaraes and Malick Thiaw eased the tension surrounding the club's difficult first half to their league season to back up Tuesday's 3-1 win at Burnley and lift them up to ninth in the Premier League table.

Newcastle are now five points adrift of the top four and are just one point behind Brentford in the seventh and final European spot.

Here are five things we learned from Sunday's win.

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner barely stopped for breath on the touchline as he spent the entire 90 minutes prowling his technical area and barking instructions at his players.

His behaviour in the dugout was as intense as his team’s playing style and there were two occasions where that spilled over.
