Two fly-tippers fined hundreds by court for illegally dumping rubbish

CHESHIRE West and Chester Council has successfully prosecuted two people on the same day for fly-tipping offences.

The two cases were heard at Chester Magistrates Court.
A Northwich woman was fined a total of £700 consisting of a £300 fine, £200 victim surcharge and £200 costs following fly tipped waste being found at Naylor Court, Northwich, including two sofas, a chair and a mini fridge.
