The Western Marine Command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has called for stronger collaboration with the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and the Department of State Services (DSS) to enhance security across Nigeria's maritime domain.

Comptroller Patrick Ntadi, Area Controller of the Western Marine Command, made the appeal during a courtesy visit to the Immigration Office at the Lagos Seaport/Marine Command on Wednesday.
Ntadi emphasized the need for synergy among security agencies, particularly in intelligence sharing, to support their core mandate of facilitating legitimate trade and curbing smuggling activities.
