Infosys plans acquisitions in data analytics and SaaS: CEO Salil Parekh

Infosys, India's secondlargest IT services firm, is actively seeking additional acquisitions, particularly in the data analytics and SaaS sectors, and is considering opportunities in Europe and the US, according to CEO Salil Parekh.

Parekh also indicated that while Infosys has made two significant acquisitions this year, the company remains open to deals of similar scale to its recent in-tech acquisition.
In an interview with a news agency, Parekh confirmed that Infosys is targeting acquisitions on a scale comparable to its purchase of in-tech Holding, a leading engineering R&D services provider based in Germany, which cost approximately 450 million euros (about Rs 4,045 crore).
