Union Minister Anurag Thakur announced the far-reaching impact of the 'Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra,' revealing its upcoming journey across approximately 2.7 lakh panchayats nationwide. Addressing the media, Thakur highlighted the commencement of the yatra on November 15 by Prime Minister Modi in 68 tribal districts, emphasizing its subsequent extension to reach thousands of panchayats. He emphasized the yatra's role in organizing free medical camps and creating awareness about government policies while facilitating last-mile delivery to the populace.
Underlining the objective of transforming India into a developed nation by 2025, Thakur reiterated the yatra's commitment to this vision. The Union Minister actively engaged in the BJP district meeting related to the yatra, issuing directives to party officials for its effective execution. Thakur expressed confidence that the initiative would effectively disseminate information about Central Government schemes to every citizen.
