Legal questions remain on Renu Bhatia's continuation as chairperson of the Haryana Women Commission, as her tenure has been completed in January 2025, and despite that, she still holds the charge. Renu Bhatia, who was nominated (appointed) to this post by the then Manohar Lal government of the state three years ago on 17 January 2022, completed her three-year term on January 18, 2025. It is worth noting that Renu was also a member of the Commission from December 2017 to December 2020.
