Haridwar Land Scam: Vigilance probe drags, big names still out of the net

Nearly three months after Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami ordered a Vigilance probe into the Rs 54-crore Haridwar land scam, the investigation remains stuck in its early stages.
Despite suspending a dozen senior officials, no FIR has been filed yet. Draft charge sheets lie pending with higher authorities, raising doubts about both the pace and the scope of the inquiry.
