Department of Telecommunication forms 'National Communications Academy' to improve efficiency

The Department of Telecommunication has formed a new entity named ‘National Communications Academy’ (NCA) by merging three training institutes, stated Ministry of Communication.
-
The merged institutes include National Telecommunications Institute for Policy Research, Innovation and Training (NTIPRIT), the National Institute of Communication Finance (NICF) and Wireless Monitoring Training & Development Centre (WMTDC). The merger has been approved by the ministry on the recommendation of the Committee for Organisational Reforms. The ministry stated that the Telecom Secretary will head the National Communicatio
