Air India appoints as chief operations Klaus Goersch officer

Klaus Goersch was appointed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer by Air India on Friday.

The company also announced the employment of several other senior level personnel. Goersch will supervise flight operations, engineering, ground operations, Integrated Operations Control, and cabin crew duties in his recently established role at the airline. Air India said incumbent chief of operations R S Sandhu will transition to an advisory role.
