Makati resto robbers return stolen loots and say sorry
Robbers in a Makati City restaurant stunned victims and puzzled authorities when they returned most of the stolen items and even apologized before fleeing, keeping only a wallet containing P25,000 in cash.
The Makati City Police has identified a person of interest in the bizarre robbery that took place at a Japanese restaurant on May 4, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Maj. Gen. Anthony Aberin said on Tuesday, May 6.
The incident went viral after CCTV footage of the robbery surfaced on social media Monday morning.
