Gilas to start prepping for Asian qualifiers

Gilas Pilipinas is looking to convene next Monday, Feb. 16 for its preparations for the second window of the 2027 FIBA World Cup Asian qualifiers.
The national team was initially looking at the possibility of setting up the camp by Feb. 11 but had to push back due to the schedules of Gilas’ overseas players.
“We expect the Japan and Korean guys to come in through the week of the 16th, so we will start by then,” Cone told Tempo-Manila Bulletin in a text message.
