The Tourist Police Unit of the Baguio City Police Office said the suspects were a 23-year-old male student from Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, and a 22-year-old unemployed woman from San Fernando City, La Union.
Police said a patrolling security guard noticed the couple showing affection on the bleachers near the comfort room on Tuesday night, Sept. 2.
