Cops arrest man who turned own house into firing range

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) arrested a man who turned his own house in Marikina City into a firing range.
And that 911 call, according to NCRPO Director Police Major Gen. Anthony A. Aberin, helped the man regain his rational thinking, especially after a police car arrived and lawmen began knocking on his door.
