Authorities reported that a five-year-old girl who went Christmas caroling on Friday, Dec. 19, was allegedly assaulted by two men under the influence of illegal drugs.
Her body was later found inside a sack dumped on a roadside in Barangay Santa Maria, this city.Police identified the victim as Nene. Her body was discovered by a resident.
