On the run for last one week, Sai Bageerath, accused in a POCSO case filed at Pet Basheerabad police station, finally surrendered before the police here on Saturday evening.
However, there were conflicting reports on how Bageerath reached the Pet Basheerabad police station, with claims that he did not surrender but was picked up by police teams at Narsingi on the city outskirts.
