A 'HEARTBREAKING' case of financial abuse was uncovered by the council.

A Tamworth resident was found living without much food or money and someone else had taken control of their finances.
Tamworth Borough Council confirmed: "We received an antisocial behaviour report of persistent dog barking. That report led us to deeper investigations, uncovering a heartbreaking case of financial abuse.
