Regis urges Cats to turn consistency into wins
Sunderland Echo
|January 07, 2026
Regis Le Bris hopes Sunderland can turn their 'consistency' into wins as they look to maintain their unbeaten Premier League run.
-
The Black Cats are eighth in the table and are currently on a five-game unbeaten streak, but their latest win came in a 1-0 Wear-Tyne derby triumph in December and they have since drawn their last four matches, with points gained against Brighton, Leeds, Manchester City and Tottenham.
Sunderland have nine draws from 20 league outings and Le Bris admitted that while his side were in good form, there was a desire to turn their consistent displays into victories.
