Christmas shoppers warned after dangerous toys seized

High value toys worth a combined total of thousands of pounds have been seized due to safety concerns.

The toys were seized by officers from Trading Standards who carried out inspections at three Washington sites after a tip-off from a member of the public.
A Trading Standards spokesperson said: "A significant haul of unsafe items was removed, with an average selling price of £15 to £20.
"The seized items include fake Labubus and K-Pop Demon Hunter toys.
