Millions urged to dig out their most ridiculous looking festive knitwear

Christmas Jumper Day 2025 is on Thursday, December 11.
Save the Children's annual Christmas Jumper Day is once again upon us with millions of people across the UK expected to take part in one of the country's most recognisable festive charity events.
Schools, workplaces, community groups and households nationwide will today don their boldest, brightest and most eccentric knitwear to raise funds that support vulnerable children in the UK and around the world.
First launched in 2012, Christmas Jumper Day has grown into one of the charity's most successful mass-participation campaigns. Participants are asked to wear a Christmas jumper (new, old or secondhand) and donate what they can.
