The first is a mixed-use commercial property at 38 Prospecton Road, Isipingo — a well-established industrial area to the south of Durban. The property is positioned approximately 150m away from the N2 freeway at the corner of Prospecton Road and Joyner Road and is exposed to high levels of passing trade and vehicular traffic.

The property is a prime corner stand with two entrances. The warehouse eaves have a height of 5.5m-6.7m and there is a roller shutter door (4.5m x 4.5m) providing distribution access to the warehouse from Prospecton Place.

The warehouse also has insulated ceilings and the property features split-unit air-conditioning throughout. There are approximately 22 parking bays, reception, offices, kitchen and changing rooms. Safety features and equipment including alarm systems, various burglar and steel bars, safety gates and fire extinguishers.

The second property is a +639m² industrial warehouse at 16 Pineside Road, New Germany.
