STEPHEN ROBINSON insists St Mirren were left short-changed after sharing the spoils with Rangers.

The Buddies boss believes a record of taking seven points from the Light Blues this term is also a sign of the progress at his cub.

After fighting back twice to claim a point, Robinson was adamant they should have had more for their money.

He said: “I'm actually disappointed. I thought we should have won the game. We scored two great goals and should have scored two more.

“They should have scored but they got the chances and that’s what we credit them for. We played really, really well throughout.

“Overall I thought we were the better team throughout the game and deserved to win.
