Elvis: Fans right to let rip at the break but we roared back for point

- NEIL ROBERTSON AT DENS PARK

STEVEN PRESSLEY admitted he fully expected raging Dundee fans to boo at the break.

The Steelmen had completely dominated possession in the first half and deservedly took the lead through Tawanda Maswanhise.

The Dark Blues were a distant second best and it seemed certain there would only be one winner.

However, Dundee bounced back after the break with defender Luke Graham equalising.

Both teams had further chances before the Dark Blues’ Yan Dhanda was shown astraight red card late on with both teams still searching for their first Premiership win of the new season.

Dundee head coach Pressley was furious with his side's first-half performance but was happy that his players responded.

The 51-year-old said: “The first half was not the level we want, far from it. We didn’t execute what we had worked towards. A bit fragmented, certain personnel not carrying out the details.
