“I am actively into fitness and make an effort to have 30-50 grams of protein with each meal and then a high-protein snack and dessert every day.

“I train with weights around five days a week, run a 5K once a week and swim for 30 minutes to an hour a week. I have always been into fitness. My dad used to body build when I was younger, so I knew adding protein into my diet was important for muscle growth.
