How my life is just a bowl of mini cherries

THE week after Wimbledon is often a bit flat.

But most of us in Scotland are trying to recover from the heatwave and coping with torrential showers that would certainly have delayed a few matches.

It was also our first Wimbledon without Sir Andy Murray, who retired last year.

And it’s tricky trying to feel a bond with the new kids on the block.
