POLICE Scotland has accused Nigel Farage of making false claims about sex attacks in Falkirk as he blasted asylum seekers at a rally in Scotland.

The force last night described the Reform UK leader's account that there had been "three serious sexual assaults" in the town in the last week as "inaccurate".

It came as Farage unveiled millionaire Tory peer and donor Lord Malcolm Offord as his latest Reform candidate, praising his defection as "brave and historic".

Falkirk - which has become a hotbed of anti-immigration protests in recent months over its asylum hotel - was the site of a major Reform rally yesterday with an estimated 750 people attending.
