BIG NIGHT OUT FOR KIRKCALDY

BARRY ROBSON says his Raith Rovers boys will push Partick Thistle right to the wire after being left needing a favour to reach the play-offs.

And he has declared his wish to get the “whole of Kirkcaldy” to Hampden on Friday night to roar them into the promotion picture.

Rovers pulled off a come-from-behind 1-1 draw at home to Morton as Josh Mullin cancelled out Grant Gillespie's 28th-minute penalty.

But with fourth-placed Thistle stunning league leaders Falkirk on Friday night, the gap is two points with a game left.

Boss Robson said: “You can see the players really still going at it at this stage of the season and there was maybe a bit too much emotion, which takes a wee bit off the physicality.
