Axed star victim of a 'terrible injustice'

Wallace revealed his lawyers believe he is the victim of a “terrible injustice” as his legal fight with the BBC hots up.The former MasterChef host is suing the broadcaster for failing to supply all of his personal data.

It could pave the way for a second claim against the Beeb, which is likely to focus on his autism.

Wallace said: “There is a legal team around me now and I can't say too much.

“They have gone, 'This is a terrible injustice'”
