Daniel Kawczynski, who at 6ft 9in has staked a claim to be the tallest parliamentarian in history, was outraged at the Shadow Levelling Up Secretary’s description of the 5ft 6in Prime Minister.
He said: “I have many, many adjectives which are conjured up in my mind which I would like to call Angela Rayner publicly but I don’t because of a sense of civility and responsibility to young people who are watching television.
“I think the fact she called him a ‘pintsized loser’ is highly inappropriate and I’ve gone to see the Speaker,” he added.
