AN acclaimed celebration of the life and talent of music legend George Harrison is set to embark on a major new UK and Ireland tour this autumn including a date in Stockport.

Something About George - The George Harrison Story (pictured) is taking to the road in October and November, playing 20 dates at 19 venues across Britain and Ireland.
The production comes from the same team behind Something About Lennon, which salutes the talent of the late Liverpool icon and fellow Beatle, and Something About Simon which showcases the music of singer-song-writing genius Paul Simon.
The show will be at the Stockport Plaza on November 2.
