Climate change - and particularly its impact on Stirling's Carse-is the focus of an event in Gargunnock this weekend.

- KAIYA MARJORIBANKS

The event, organised by Carse of Stirling Partnership, takes place tomorrow (Saturday) from 9.45am to 1.30pm in Gargunnock Community Hall.

It aims to get local communities discussing Climate Change, the potential consequences for the Carse of Stirling and what local communities can practically do to help mitigate those consequences.

The open meeting and discussion features Cath Preston from Carse of Stirling Partnership, Simon Smith from Forest and Land Scotland and Clara Shade-Poulsen from Forth Rivers Trust, who will be talking about their work and ways to mitigate the effects of climate change.
