A _preparatory meeting for the upcoming World Red Cross Day celebrations scheduled on May 8, 2025, was held here in the Conference Hall of the DC Office Complex on ‘Thursday.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh, who is also the President of the District Red Cross Society (DRCS). The meeting aimed to finalize the arrangements for the observance of Red Cross Day and to ensure coordinated efforts among different departments for the smooth conduct of the event.
