NMC appeals CM to enhance medical allowance

JAMMU: President of the National Mazdoor Conference (NMC) Subash Shastri on Sunday appealed to the Chief Minister to enhance the medical allowance from Rs. 300 to Rs. 1000 per month as per the norm of UT administrations, throughout the country and start process of distribution of medical allowance so that JKUT comes at par with Ladakh UT.

In a statement issued here today, Shastri said that UT of Ladakh has already hiked Medical allowance of the pensioners to Rs. 1000 per month from 1st of April 2020.
