Believing that serving the poor and needy is the highest form of religion, Balbir Ram Rattan-National General Secretary of the Guru Ravidass Vishwa Mahapeeth, General Secretary of the Indian branch of the British Ravidasia Heritage Foundation, and member of the Begumpura Vishwa Mahasabha-joined a langar run by prominent social work er and businessman of Jammu city, Prem Gupta, and distributed meals to hundreds of people.
This langar has been running continuously for over three months, providing free and respectful meals daily to hundreds of poor individuals.
