Court reject bail of lady in terrorism case

3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammn Madan Lal rejected the bail application of one Shabnam Akhter who was allegedly involved in terrorism activities.

As per police case during the couse of investigation, it was found that PAK handler Mohd. Qasim alias Salman, resident of Angralla tehsil Mahore who had joined militancy in the year 2002 and worked with brother of accused Zaffer Iqbal namely Mohd, Ishaq who was later killed by security forees in an encounter at Kalakote, Rajouri on 25.09.2002 and later on accused Mohd. Qasim extiltrated to POK/Pakistqan. Constantly, he is trying hard to revive militancy in the area by radicalizing local youths specially relatives of killed militants through various social media apps and VOIP calls. In this regard, seven cases have been registered against the accused Mohd. Qasim @ Salman in different Police Stations of different Districts including Reasi. The accused Mohd. Qasim approached accused Zaffer Iqbal through social media Apps to revive militancy in the area by offering monetary benefits to carry out task given hy Mohd.
