Robinson calls time on spell as a Mariner

MARINE FC have confirmed that midfielder Owen Robinson will leave the club on the expiry of his current contract.

Owen was offered a new contract with the club but has turned down the offer to join another club for an undisclosed compensation fee.
The 22-year-old joined the Mariners in summer 2023 after leaving Sunderland’s youth setup.
The midfielder made 45 National League North appearances last year after being part of the side which were promoted from the Northern Premier League in the previous campaign.
A statement on the club's official website read: “We would like to thank Owen for his efforts during his time at Marine and wish him the very best in his future career.”
